ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the team at The UPS Store! Our West Braker Lane location is situated right in the heart of the action near The Domain. While we are a world-class brand this location is locally owned and operated by LAL Horizons.
We have proudly served the Austin community for over 10 years and are looking for a Full-Time Associate who thrives in a high-traffic professional retail environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide world-class customer service to the diverse mix of professionals and residents near The Domain.
Expertly advise customers on shipping options professional printing and document finishing.
Master our point-of-sale (POS) systems and specialized logistics software.
Assist small business owners with high-quality printing binding and laminating projects.
Maintain a clean organized and Domain-standard professional store environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required.
Full-Time availability is required for this location.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office or Adobe Suites experience is a major plus).
Prompt reliable and professional in appearance.
Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
Fast learner who can adapt to the fast-paced energy of the North Austin/Domain area.
