Overview
- Alleima Tube China is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality tube products for various industries and has recently invested in growing our operations in China.
- We are seeking a technical sales engineer to join our team and help us grow our market share and customer satisfaction.
- You will have a key role in making this investment successful by finding new business opportunities providing technical solutions to customers and keeping strong relationships with our customers in China.
- In this role you will be in charge of providing technical support and solutions to customers building and maintaining long-term relationships and creating sales opportunities.
- Ideally you have experience with project based sales selling solutions to customers in the chemical and petrochemical energy oil& Gas or renewable segments and can understand their needs and provide technical solutions.

Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and requirements and provide technical solutions and proposals.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with customers.
- Provide after-sales support and service to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering production and quality to ensure product quality and delivery.
- Keep up to date with market trends competitors and customer feedback.
- Travel to customer sites and attend trade shows and exhibitions as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above in engineering preferably in mechanical chemical or metallurgical engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales or engineering in the tube industry or related fields.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in materials or tube products applications and standards or experience working with stainless steel materials in a technical sales or engineering role.
- Ability to provide technical solutions and recommendations to customers regarding the use of stainless steel materials in their applications.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin both written and spoken is preferred.
- Self-motivated proactive and customer-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel frequently and adapt to different cultures and environments.
