What toexpect.
This isanopportunity to provide support for mental health will beresponsible for the management of program areasincluding the delivery of services andsupervision of staff.
Additionalresponsibilities will include:
- Monitoringsmooth day-to-day operations.
- Implementing andmaintainingsystems for continuous quality improvement.
- Assessing coordinating and implementingdirect supportservice needs of clients.
- Participating in the hiring training andtheongoing supervision and evaluation of staff.
- Monitoringprogrambudget.
- Ensuringcompliancewith applicable licensing regulatory funding and accrediting bodies.
- Establishingandmaintainingpositive relationshipswith clients support systems andpartnerservice providers.

What we need from you.
- High school diploma or GED. Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
- Two years ofpositively referencedexperience.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Requires on-call flexibility.
- A drivers license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle
