About the Role
Riversbend Owner Association is seeking an experienced and hands-on Property Supervisor to oversee the daily operations maintenance and overall appearance of our 38acre property - condominium community. This leadership role is responsible for supervising onsite staff coordinating with vendors ensuring compliance with association standards and maintaining a positive and responsive environment for residents.
We are looking for a strong communicator and problem solver with a background in property or facility management who can balance administrative responsibilities with daytoday operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the onsite maintenance team to ensure productivity and quality work.
- Conduct routine property inspections and maintain accurate records of maintenance needs safety issues and completed work.
- Coordinate vendors and contractors for repairs scheduled service and capital improvement projects.
- Respond to property-related emergencies including after-hours issues as needed.
- Maintain open professional communication with residents fostering a welcoming community environment.
- Enforce association rules and support Board directives to uphold property standards.
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in property management facility management or condominium/community association operations.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience overseeing maintenance staff or vendors.
- Strong understanding of building systems preventative maintenance and grounds care practices.
- Familiarity with condominium or HOA management is preferred.
- Working knowledge of relevant local/state regulations including condo laws and safety codes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office cloud-based systems and online portals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Boards staff and residents.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Valid Wisconsin drivers license at time of hire and maintained throughout employment.
Pay & Benefits
- $25$30 per hour based on experience
