Summary:
Responsible for providing care for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders training respiratory staff leading performance improvement initiatives and project management.Responsibilities:
Delivers and assesses response to ordered therapy per plan of care. Monitors records and communicates patient condition as the patient and family about the patients illness and provides information about community support groups and other resources. Provides staff training and respiratory care policies and procedures based on patient outcomes current research and best requirements of Clinical to codes and calls for emergent assistance. Assesses patient condition and delivers appropriate treatment.Competencies:
