The University of Kansas Health System Olathe Campus Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology is seeking a Gastroenterologist faculty member to join its dynamic and well-established GI team in a reputable healthcare facility dedicated to providing comprehensive gastroenterology care. Currently we have 4 General Gastroenterologists along with 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

This opportunity offersa state-of-the-artfacility with advanced equipment and a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional gastroenterology care and contributing to the continued growth of our esteemed healthcare institution.

The candidate should be fellowship-trained board certified or equivalent and eligible for licensure in Kansas. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. We will consider new graduate GIs.

About the position:

• Full spectrum of general gastroenterology including upper and lower endoscopy procedures; combined clinic and hospital-based practice and hospital call rotation to cover inpatient and ED consults. Training and experience with gastrointestinalbleeding;esophagealdisorders;inflammatory boweldisease;and gastrointestinal cancers. Preferredskills butnotrequired: ERCP and EUS.

• Serve as a clinical educator to GI fellows residents and medical students.

• Gastroenterologyteamcomprised of18GI faculty 7 TransplantHepatologists(10 total Hepatology Faculty)3IBD Faculty and 21APPs.

• Averagedailycensus is25.

• Endoscopysuites (maincampus-6 and ASC/other outpatient center-4;with expansion we will haveadditionalrooms).

• Participate in educational conferences.
