Your team

You will be joining the Marketing department working closely with brand communications and content specialists across markets. Your mission is to build a strong distinctive and relatable brand that resonates with students across Europe.

Your role and impact

As a Social Media Intern you will support executing our Content strategy helping shape how HousingAnywhere shows up on social platforms. Youll contribute to content creation community engagement and performance tracking across our social media channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the planning creation and scheduling of content across platforms such as Instagram TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Creating short-form content (reels stories interviews carousels) from ideation and scripting to filming and editing.
• Monitoring comments messages and mentions and engaging with our community in a timely and on-brand way.
• Helping track and analyse social media performance contributing to reports and insights
• Staying up to date with social media trends formats and best practices especially within student and Gen Z audiences.
• Supporting collaborations with creators ambassadors and internal teams when needed.
• Continuously learning and developing your skills to maximise your impact on the brand and the business.

Your profile

We are looking for individuals who want to own their role grow their skills and bring fresh ideas. You are:

• A student or recent graduate in Marketing Communications Media or a related field.
• Highly interested in social media digital culture and content creation.
• Creative curious and comfortable experimenting with new ideas and formats.
• An extroverted storyteller passionate about creating engaging content and thriving in front of the camera.
• Confident working in English both written and spoken.
• Proactive organised and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
• Available on a full-time basis for 6 months.

Nice to have (but not required):

• Experience with tools like Canva CapCut or similar.
• First exposure to social media analytics or insights.
• Experience creating content for personal academic or side projects.

Interview process

We would love to see your content-creation skills in advance! Send us your CV and a short video introducing yourself and explaining how you would convince a student moving abroad to use HousingAnywhere (30-60 seconds format is up to you).

If theres a match we will invite you to the interviews with the Recruiter and the team.
