The Springer Nature Opening Doors internship Business Analyst is a paid opportunity in Dordrecht The Netherlands for students and recent graduates to gain experience in research education and science news publishing in our journals books or magazines.
Many perspectives and lived experiences remain underrepresented in the publishing industry. This underrepresentation has historically affected a wide range of groups including Black people Indigenous people and people of colour firstgeneration university students people from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds LGBTQ communities people from underrepresented social castes religious minorities and people with disabilities or neurodivergent conditions.

Business Performance focuses on helping with tracking budgets ensuring financial and operational alignment and helping senior stakeholders present their performance to the upper management. Business Performance can also help with addressing performance data gaps advise on risk reduction measures and support the directors strategy with data driven approach.
