About the team
As part of our Professional Services team you will apply your expertise to help businesses solve their
supply chain planning challenges through the successful implementation of Maestro solutions. You will
support Senior consultants and Architects for end-to-end product implementations delivering advanced
planning capabilities across diverse multi-industry supply chains
Associate Solution Consultant is an entry level position within Kinaxiss Professional Services (Consulting)
organization. You will work closely with other team members in order to deliver customer projects using
Kinaxis Maestro software.
What you will do
- Participate in in-depth discovery sessions with customers to understand business requirements and assist the Solution Architect/ Senior Consultants in developing detailed specifications.
- Collaborate closely with delivery product and services teams to configure and implement Maestro software solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Support senior team members in translating business requirements into Maestro solution specifications and designing creative solutions for complex user requirements while aligning with supply chain industry standards and Kinaxis best practices.
- Participate in data management and integration activities including data transformation loading cleansing and validation from source systems.
- Provide technical support to end users and resolve issues of the configured solutions escalating to senior team members as needed.
- Support the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback for continuous
improvement
What we are looking for
- Min 2 4 years of overall experience in the supply chain industry or in end to end product implementation projects.
- Sound domain expertise in Supply Chain concepts and advanced planning business processes such as statistical forecasting inventory management MRP scheduling etc
- A passion for working in customer facing roles with high level of interpersonal communication facilitation and presentation skills.
- Candidates with results-oriented mindset focusing on improving client satisfaction and providing a very high standard of service contributing to Kinaxiss success.
- Strong intent to learn and master our first in class product Maestro
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment and co-ordinate effectively with stakeholders at all organization levels.
- Highly adaptable professional able to embrace teamwork in diverse and evolving work environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex problems think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
- Tech savvy with a good understanding of Agentic AI data models SQL R Java Script Python etc. is preferred
- Implementation experience with advanced planning solutions such as SAPAPO Blueyonder ERP etc. is an added advantage
