Responsibilities
- Present and explain dental treatment plans and procedures to patients
- Review insurance benefits and provide accurate financial estimates
- Discuss payment options and collect deposits when applicable
- Coordinate and schedule treatment efficiently
- Submit and track pre-authorizations
- Follow up with patients on pending or declined treatment
- Work closely with clinical and front office teams to support production goals
Qualifications
- 1 years of prior dental treatment coordinating experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Dentrix software
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
