The Role:
As a Personal Lines Account Manager youll be a trusted advisor to our clients managing day-to-day service needs while building long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented proactive and genuinely enjoys helping people protect what matters most.
What Youll Do:
- Manage a book of personal lines clients (home auto umbrella etc.)
- Handle policy servicing including endorsements renewals certificates and billing inquiries
- Communicate with carriers to market quote and bind coverage
- Provide clear timely and professional client support via phone and email
- Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities in a consultative manner
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency workflows
- Collaborate closely with producers and internal team members
- Active CA Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- 5 years of Personal Lines account management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Client-first mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with AMS360 a plus
- Fully remote role with flexibility and trust
