Job Summary
Action Power Sports is looking for a General Manager to take a strong dealership and push it harder faster and smarter.

What Youll do:
This role is hands-on high-impact and high-expectations
- Set the vision and drive performance across the dealership
- Maintain a customer experience thats best in the market.
- Lead and challenge department mangers to hit and exceed goals.
- Hold teams accountable for financials inventory management and workflows.
- Own the numbers: margins forecasts KPIs inventory and profitability.
- Fix whats broken sharpen whats working and scale what wins.
- represent the dealerships interest with manufacturers vendors and the community.
Who will thrive in this role:
General or Operations Manager Extensive Leadership Experience in powersports automotive or high-volume retail.
- A deep understanding of how a dealership works - not just on paper.
- Strong financial instincts and comfort owning the P&L
- A natural gift for communication problem solving and inspiration.
- Ability to motivate high performers and confront underperforms.
- Confidence making decisions quickly - and owning the outcome.
- A real passion for powersports and the lifestyle around it.
- Preference for exertion over complacency
