The Purchasing Expeditor assists in managing various purchasing and inventory tasks. The successful candidate will be open to learning purchasing practices and assist the Purchasing Manager in purchase order follow-up and various other clerical tasks.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Supplier Management: Contact vendors manage delivery dates and resolve delivery issues.
Inventory Control: Assist in monitoring stock levels maintain records and ensure adequate supplies.
Documentation: Reconcile packing slips with orders handle correspondence and maintain purchasing records.
Research & Analysis: Reach out to vendors for quotes and sourcing new suppliers/products.
Other job duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED or equivalent
Familiarity with purchasing/inventory management.
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite ERP D365 and/or MRP software.
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment encompassing company growth and change.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
