Job Summary
Job Description:
Receive and prioritize emergency and service calls from customers.
Dispatch the appropriate division and equipment based on location availability and job needs.
Track job progress equipment status and personnel locations to support safe and efficient response.
Calculate and communicate accurate ETAs.
Maintain detailed call logs and support shiftâtoâshift communication.
Provide professional timely communication to customers leadership and field teams.
Assist with administrative tasks such as correspondence spreadsheets and routine inquiries.
