Job Summary
Prime Collision Center is located in the heart of Washington PAs business district. We are an upscale fully air-conditioned facility conveniently located minutes from the highway. If you enjoy working in fast-paced environments and regard customer service highly please apply to this ad directly.
This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement. This position is M-F 9am to 5:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Assistant to Office Manager
- Answers incoming calls and redirects as necessary
- Updates customers regarding scheduling and repair status
- Greets customers and collects required authorizations forms
- Cashiering upon customer pickup within the vehicle management system
- Updates rental car provider of vehicle status through their online system
- Aware of calendar and updates staff accordingly
- Monitors incoming emails to both personal and general mailboxes
- Additional duties as requested
Qualifications
- Excellent listening/communication skills outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle a dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance
- Computer savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly ability to navigate various websites
- Valid drivers license
