Salary and Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $114.62 $141.07 (equivalent to approximately $238400 $293400 annually for a 40-hour week)
• Sign-on bonus: $10000

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse patient population
• Manage prenatal labor delivery and postnatal care including both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies
• Perform gynecological surgeries including C-sections and laparoscopies
• Maintain a schedule of seven ½ days of ambulatory clinic two ½ days of surgery and one ½ day of administrative duties
• Rotate call for deliveries with 1 OB/GYN and 2 Family Medicine with OB providers (shared among 4)
• Share surgical call with one other physician
• Deliver approximately 300 patients per year as a team
• Round at two local hospitals: BJC and St. Marys SSM
• Potential to rotate across up to three clinic locations as team expands
• Provide culturally competent care including to a high Hispanic population

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active or eligible for a Missouri medical license
• Experience with or willingness to handle both OB and GYN cases including surgical procedures
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred but not required
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team-based setting
