Job Summary
The Warsaw R-IX School District is currently accepting applications for a Library/Media Specialist for the 2026/2027 school year. This position would be for for South Elementary and North Elementary School.
The Library Media Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing teaching and learning activities that reflect the best in current research and practice developing and promoting a program that integrates the uses of technology for learning and teaching; demonstrating effective management of resources and funds to develop a strong library-media program facilitating technology needs of students and staff and providing media and technology resources that meet the information research educational and recreational needs of all users.
The successful candidate will demonstrate diverse professional knowledge a vision of excellence a student-centered focus and a positive team-oriented attitude.
The Warsaw School District operates under a four day school week with 163 contracted days and offers a competitive benefits package. Salary is based on the board approved salary schedule.
