The role involves delivering high-quality Mathematics instruction aligned with the CBSE curriculum for Grades 6 to 10 with a strong focus on conceptual clarity logical reasoning problem-solving skills and exam readiness.

The teacher is expected to inculcate a love for Mathematics build student confidence and eliminate fear or anxiety towards the subject through engaging activity-based and concept-driven teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured Mathematics lessons for Grades 6 to 10 as per the CBSE curriculum
  

• Ensure strong conceptual understanding and application of mathematical concepts
  

• Encourage interest confidence and a positive attitude towards Mathematics
  

• Identify learning gaps and address Math anxiety through differentiated teaching
  

• Prepare students for school assessments and board examinations
  

• Design and implement formative and summative assessments
  

• Maintain awareness of board exam paper patterns marking schemes and assessment criteria
  

• Stay updated with CBSE curriculum changes and assessment guidelines
  

• Use teaching aids real-life examples technology and manipulatives to enhance learning
  

• Maintain proper lesson plans assessment records and academic documentation
  

• Collaborate with department members and academic coordinators

Eligibility and Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of total teaching experience compulsory
  

• Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Mathematics in Grades 6 to 8
  

• Experience teaching Mathematics up to Grade 10
  

• Preferred (not compulsory): Board exam examiner or evaluator experience
  

• Positions are open to experienced candidates only
