Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers including healthcare professionals pharmacies clinics and other medical facilities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate medical products or services to clients highlighting their benefits and applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries concerns and feedback promptly.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Gather feedback from clients and relay insights to the team for product development or improvement.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with medical products devices or services is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Valid drivers license
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
- Czech language is must
