We are looking for Assemblers to join our Greenwood IN facility on 1st 2nd -or- 3rd shift. You will assemble and inspect products prior to delivery.
What Youll Do:
- Assembles assigned product parts on assembly line in accordance with established procedures standards and blueprint production
- Fastens parts together with bolts screws speed clips rivets or other fasteners
- Disassembles re-works or salvages scrap parts
- Operates drill presses hand drills clicker press or riveting machines to assist in assembly operation
- May operate forklift upon completing certification requirements
- Performs spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards; Removes small quantities of metal to produce a smooth finish
- Inspects product for quality defects including but not limited to: missing brackets damaged brackets incorrect artwork screw gauges etc.

What Youll Need:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form
- Mathematical skills to manage units of measure fractions decimals whole numbers
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and operations sheets to determine set-up and operations to be formed
- Ability to set-up and operate a Rivet Machine; input and maintain data in Traverse Manufacturing System
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
