- Job Purpose / Role Summary:
The IT Technical Architect is responsible for designing and delivering scalable secure and high-performance IT solutions that align with the organizations digital first objectives. This role involves translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications creating architectural blueprints and guiding the development teams throughout the project lifecycle. The Technical Architect ensures adherence to best practices performance availability disaster recovery and security standards and acts as a key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders in Generate Fulfil and Enable & Protect clusters while staying current with emerging technologies to drive innovation
- Key Stakeholders:
CIO IT Operations Head (Primary Reporting Line) Business Unit Heads Functional leaders (HR Finance Technology Operations Sales) project teams IT operations team security and external partnersto ensure the effective design implementation and maintenance of IT systems. Acting as a pivotal point of coordination he aligns technical solutions with business goals ensuring integration compliance and overall system success

As an Individual Contributor the IT Technical Architect plays a strategic role in driving innovation fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning and ensuring IT initiatives are effectively aligned with overall business objectives
- Key Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable secure and high-performing IT infrastructure aligned with business objectives
- Design and develop tools for monitoring system performance performance availabilityand end-to-end architecture roadmap that meets business objectives
- Design end to end solutions across applications and infrastructure integrations
- Lead architecture review technical assessment for fresh solutions including POC
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (Cloud Automation) to enhance IT operations
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards policies compliance including security and regulatory requirements in all architectural designs
- Drive DevOps CI/CD automation frameworks and efficiency improvements within IT operations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of architecture design presentation documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless system implementation and maintenance. DevOps Cloud) for business relevance

- System uptime consistently achieved across critical IT services with reduced unplanned outages

- Ideal Profile
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Telecommunications
- 12-15 years of overall IT experience with at least 7 years in architecture or senior engineering roles preferably within the telecom or ISP industry
- Proven expertise in designing scalable secure and resilient IT architectures including microservices cloud-native and event-driven systems
- Firsthand experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and related technologies such as containerization (Docker Kubernetes) IaaS PaaS and SaaS. OpenShift OpenStack
- Strong understanding of networking and telecom technologies (SD-WAN VoIP Data Networks) and familiarity with network monitoring tools.
- Practical knowledge of IT operations and DevOps practices including automation CI/CD pipelines incident and change management.
- Sound knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards such as PCI-DSS HIPAA and GDPR with experience implementing secure architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams collaborate across departments and engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical communication and critical thinking skills with a focus on aligning IT solutions to business needs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with an initiative-taking adaptable and continuous learning mindset
