WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
We are looking for a Vice President of Operational Financeon a 12-month contractto lead our global accounting operations and transform the way our finance function works at scale. This is a senior leadership role overseeing theend-to-endoperational accounting ecosystemincluding OrdertoCashProcuretoPay RecordtoReportdelivered out of our Service Centre in Manila as well as overseeing regionalFinancial Controlling and we delivertimelyaccurate and highquality financial outcomes.
This leader will shape and optimise the operational backbone of our finance organisation driving highly effective processes automation governance and continuous improvementYoullalso playa central rolein our major ERPimplementation project owning operational design data integrity and process readiness throughout the transformation.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
LeadGlobalOperational Accounting
Oversee all operational accounting processes and teams ensuring accuracy timeliness and effective financial controls.
Drive excellence across O2C P2P R2R balance sheet governancecontrollingand monthend close.
Build andmaintainrigorous accounting standards documentation and policy compliance.
Develop and Execute Financial Operations Strategy
Set the strategic direction for finance operations creating a roadmap for process optimisation automation and capability building.
Ensure that team structures systems and workflows scale effectively with business growth and evolving operational needs.
Transform Processes & Elevate Operational Performance
Identify improvement opportunities to streamline workflows reduce manual effort and enhance control environments.
Implement automation standardisation and digital tools to build a scalable efficient finance operation.
Monitor and improve key operational KPIs to ensure accuracy efficiency and service excellence.
Lead a Major ERP Implementation
Serve as a senior leader and operational finance owner for our ERP implementation (Workday to SAP).
Partner with Technology Data andBusiness teams to design and deliver bestpractice endtoend finance processes.
Ensure postgolive optimisation stabilisation and longterm system adoption.
Build Lead & Develop Large Teams
Via a team of managers/leaders lead a large distributed operational finance team (100) across multiple functions and locationsincluding overseeing the finance service centrelocatedin Manila.
Create a culture focused on accountability continuous improvement collaboration and operational excellence.
Encourage development mentor future leaders and ensure organisational structures scale with business growth.
Drive Governance & Control Strength
Maintaina robust control framework aligned with audit compliance and regulatory requirements.
Partner with internal and external auditors to support efficient clean audit outcomes.
Take the initiative to identifyrisks and implement corrective actions tomaintainthe integrity of financial processes.

Extensive background in leading operational accounting or finance operations in a complex multientity environment
Experienced in leading large teams (50) with expertise in managing multilocation or sharedservices functions
Deep knowledge of O2C P2P R2R and financial close processes
Handson leadership of a major ERP migration (SAP Oracle Workday or similar)
Strong systems mindset with comfort in data flows master data process automation and controls
Experience in delivering measurable improvements in efficiency accuracy controls and team performance
A collaborative influential leadership style with the ability to drive meaningful change
