The Role
As a CADD Drafter in the Portland Maine office and a core member of our Transportation Practice you will be involved in all phases of bridge design and construction support drawings development. You will work with a team of multi-disciplinary engineers while also working with other CADD personnel. We will help you achieve your goals through continuous professional development and career progression.
Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will be to prepare technical plans and drawings.
Your day-to-day will have you working with engineers to create sections and details of architectural civil and structural designs.
The review and evaluation of work for technical accuracy will be a core component of this role for you.
You will be guided by corporate quality control standards within the discipline you work with.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting for engineering firms
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MicroStation
Familiarity with OpenRoads Designer preferred
