A Middle School Teacher teaches middle school students individually and in groups adapting teaching methodsto meet students varying needs and interests. They establish clear objectives for all lessons that guide thelearning process toward the achievement of State curriculum goals. They create a classroom environment thatengages and supports all students in learning using a variety of instructional materials and media. Whileevaluating student learning they maintain appropriate expectations for all students provide appropriatefeedback and revise instruction accordingly. They effectively communicate with students parents and thecommunity.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree or Higher or Foreign Equivalent inEducation or a related field and possession of a valid NC teaching license.
