Job Summary
Pay Grade/Pay Range:Minimum: $15.00 - Midpoint: $17.26 (Hourly N1)
Department/Organization:500002 - Bryant Conference Center
Normal Work Schedule:Varies; Includes days nights weekends overtime and some holidays.
Job Summary:The Custodian performs routine manual work in housekeeping and cleaning of interior spaces and immediate exterior areas. Sweeps mops vacuums polishes and dusts furniture and cleans restrooms windows blinds mirrors buildings across campus.
Required Minimum Qualifications:Must be able to read write and follow verbal and written instructions.
Skills and Knowledge:Ability to compose send and receive emails. Ability to operate and use a smartphone for business purposes. Ability to work independently and prioritize assigned tasks including setting up event rooms with equipment and furniture. Ability to lift 50-75 pounds on a consistent basis with or without accommodation. Ability to work varied shifts including nights weekends and/or holidays.
