Job Summary

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) representative to deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction.

Main Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma
  • Be located in Bogotá
  • Be able to work on-site at Calle 165#45-46
  • Colombian Citizenship or work permit

Skill Required

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English)
  • Ability to communicate effectively & clearly.
  • Communicates effectively positively and diplomatically.

Customer Service Skills:

  • Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to empathize with the customer.
  • Ability to build and gain the customers trust by listening & understanding and where possible exceeding their needs.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic PC knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Skilled in accurate data entry.


Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Answer Incoming Calls to customer service Lines.
  • Provide a high level of professional and competent service assistance.
  • Successfully complete and approve training and quality requirements.
