What Youll Do

Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
Prepare and execute payments (check ACH wire)
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries promptly
Assist with month-end closing and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

What Were Looking For

2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar role
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors in Accounting/Finance preferred
Construction industry experience is a plus
Knowledge of Vista by Viewpoint is a plus
