Producer/Account Manager - Voluntary and Ancillary Insurance
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Producer/Account Manager to join a growing team. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of voluntary and ancillary insurance accounts
- Provide exceptional service to clients ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions
- Quote new and renewal business ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with internal teams to handle non-licensed administrative tasks efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to expand the book of business
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in managing voluntary and ancillary insurance accounts
- Relevant licenses and designations (preferred)
- Proficiency in insurance software and tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- A proactive and client-focused approach to account management
- Minimum of insert preferred years of experience years of experience in a similar role
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment
