Are you looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and shape how people experience work from day one PCI is seeking a Talent Experience Lead who is strategic relationship-driven and highly independent with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and employee experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence hiring outcomes strengthen talent pipelines and elevate PCIs employer brand while partnering closely with hiring managers and the People Operations team.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Oversee the end-to-end talent experience lifecycle from role creation and job posting through onboarding and day-one orientation while performing all duties with a high level of independence.
- Partner with hiring managers and the People Operations Team to understand business needs and develop effective customized recruiting strategies.
- Create update and maintain job descriptions and create and post all job postings ensuring alignment with business needs market data and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain internal and external talent networks including relationships with local schools colleges and universities and participate in career fairs and recruitment events as needed.
- Source both passive and active candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn job board advertising internet searches job fairs alumni boards and community outreach.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have Qualifications:
2-year degree or some formal post-secondary education in a business-related field.
5 years of direct experience in full lifecycle recruiting talent acquisition strategy and pipeline development.
Demonstrated experience managing recruiting and onboarding process including systems (ATS experience required; UKG preferred).
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Valid Drivers License vehicle and insurance.
