DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. The Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment handling cleaning chemicals and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.
Pay: $23.75/hr
Thepaylisted is the hourly range or the hourlyratefor this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicantsexperience skills abilities geographic locationand alignment with market data.
Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to team members
Relay communication between team members client customers and management
Report performance issues to the Supervisor
Assist with the training of cleaning team
Coordinate work assignments
Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
Report work orders for maintenance
Makes sure premises are secured at all times
Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work.
Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager.
Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
Check supplies equipment and chemicals weekly.
Complete order forms completely and accurately.
Coordinate equipment usage and inventories.
QualificationsRequired:
Must be 18 years of age or older
One (1) year of cleaning experience
One (1) year of lead supervisor or manager experience
Must be fluent in English
