We are seeking a data engineer to join and further strengthen our Commercial Development organization. You will be part of a forward-looking and high-impact analytics team focused on winning in the consumer market through data-driven customer-centric innovation.
Consumer Analytics is a strategically critical function consisting of a specialized team of ten highly skilled professionals including data engineers data scientists martech engineers and data analysts. The team plays a central role in shaping the commercial agenda by delivering advanced insights predictive models and decision support that enable sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
What youll do:
As Data Engineer & Owner you will be responsible for the telemarketing data domain and the martech capabilities that power outbound sales. This is a Builder role in a greenfield setting - you are architecting the logic and flow of leads for our entire outbound operation.
Own the Telemarketing Domain: Structure core concepts including lead prioritization contactability agent performance and outreach outcomes into reusable data products.
Achieve List Management Excellence: Develop the logic and engine for best-practice list management across brands products and customer segments.
Manage Domain Evolution: Establish governance for onboarding operational sources like dialers/contact center platforms lead sources and campaign lists.
Secure Compliant Data Flows: Partner with IT to ensure data is ingested and routed with compliance-by-design including strict validation and monitoring.
Enable Activation & Feedback Loops: Ensure call lists and triggers are reliable for daily operations and create loops where call outcomes (conversion reachability) instantly update the data domain.
Drive Trust & Measurement: Ensure consistent metrics across all outbound tools making the domain the undisputed Source of Truth for sales reporting.
What will help you thrive in this role:
Technical Seniority: 4 years in Data/Martech Engineering delivering operational data products (SalesOps Fintech or Telecom).
Modern Stack Mastery: Hands-on expertise in Python Snowflake Advanced SQL and Dataiku for building and managing operational workflows.
Transformation & Orchestration: Proven experience using dbt for data modeling and Airflow to automate complex lead-routing pipelines.
Activation & Integration: Experience integrating warehouse data with outbound channels and operational tools (Dialers CRMs or Lead Routing engines).
Engineering Standards: Version control using GitHub and the ability to establish documentation and ways of working from scratch.
Compliance & Privacy: Expertise in managing Do Not Call (DNC) lists consent/permissions and ensuring GDPR-compliant sales outreach.
Data Quality Ops: Practical knowledge of data observability and reconciliation to ensure bad data never reaches a call agent.
Stakeholder Leadership: Ability to bridge the gap between Contact Center Ops Sales Leads and IT to deliver activation-ready data products.
