What Youll Be Doing
- Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch customers and teammates
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and follow all safety protocols
- Support plant operations when needed to ensure smooth workflow

- Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles
- Strong focus on safety reliability and teamwork
- Comfortable working in fast-paced physically active environments
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures and adapt to changing job-site needs
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
