Job Description:
As a School Psychologist you will play a vital role in the educational team providing essential psychological services to support students academic and social-emotional well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify students strengths and areas of need.
Developing and implementing effective intervention plans to address academic behavioral and social-emotional concerns.
Collaborating with teachers parents and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Providing counseling and guidance to students facing emotional or behavioral challenges.
Participating in the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Offering professional expertise in the areas of mental health crisis intervention and behavioral management.
Qualifications:
Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in California.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
