Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Managerto join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a seasoned group of professionals in a tight-knit environment with excellent training and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000 - $85000 annually (depending on experience) commission opportunities

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 1500 commercial accounts with premiums ranging from $5000 to $350000.
- Provide day-to-day servicing of accounts including certificates endorsements and policy checks.
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with assistants for administrative tasks related to high-value accounts.
- Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience with contractor transportation manufacturing and technology risk accounts is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Epic software or similar agency management systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive and client-focused approach to account management.
