What will you do

As a Hub Bar Supervisor you are the shift leader on duty and must ensure the daily operations of the Hub Bar. You will create unforgettable experiences for the bars guests together with your team and help put Hub Bar on the Oslo map. Your main tasks include:

• Serving food and drinks to the guests
• Quality assurance of service and product
• Contribute to the development of bar charts and menus
• Training and development of personnel
• Cash settlement
• Product orders
• Comply with the Norwegian Liquor Act

The position involves shift work on weekdays and at weekends.

Who are we looking for

• You understand what it means to be a good team leader and preferably have previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role.
• You have a clear service gene and see challenges positively not as problems.
• You are keen to deliver high quality in everything you do and always go the extra mile to exceed the guests expectations.
• You are good at motivating the team around you and leading everyone towards the same goal.
• You recognize yourself in our values which are energy courage and enthusiasm.
• The position requires that you can communicate well in Norwegian and/or English.
