As an Associate AWS Full Stack Developer you will work as part of a high-performance team to design develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS. You will contribute to building scalable backend services modern user interfaces and secure APIs that support business transformation initiatives.
Core Responsibilities at This Level Include:
Developing and maintaining AWS-based full-stack applications using modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React) and backend services with a strong focus on scalability resilience and performance.
Demonstrating analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Designing and implementing cloud-native architectures using AWS services such as Lambda API Gateway DynamoDB S3 RDS ECS/Fargate and CloudWatch.
Building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices leveraging best practices for event-driven and asynchronous processing.
Utilizing modern development frameworks tools and methodologies to optimize performance ensure security and improve maintainability.
Collaborating across teams to align development with business goals and ensure seamless integration with enterprise platforms.
Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
Supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to enable automated build test and deployment processes.
Embracing Agile methodologies by actively participating in sprint planning backlog grooming stand-ups and retrospectives.
Using effective and structured communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams stakeholders and clients.
Adhering to PwCs Code of Ethics & Business Conduct ensuring security compliance and integrity in all development efforts.

Required Knowledge/Skills (BQ):
Hands-on experience in full-stack application development including frontend backend and cloud components.
Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services including Lambda API Gateway DynamoDB S3 RDS IAM and CloudWatch.
Experience developing backend services and RESTful APIs using Python or Java.
Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as along with JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3.
Working knowledge of Git-based version control CI/CD pipelines and application security fundamentals.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills *:
Experience delivering applications in AWS cloud environments particularly serverless or cloud-native architectures.
Exposure to healthcare insurance or other regulated industry applications deployed on cloud platforms.
Experience with data integration ETL processes or workflow automation using cloud or distributed systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues across frontend backend and AWS services.
Ability to manage multiple development tasks in Agile environments and deliver within defined timelines.

Purpose Statement:
The primary purpose of this position is to design develop and maintain scalable AWS-based full-stack applications that meet business and client needs. This role requires hands-on expertise in frontend development backend services and AWS cloud technologies with a strong emphasis on security performance and reliability.
The Associate AWS Full Stack Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build user-centric cloud applications implement secure coding practices optimize performance and ensure seamless integration across systems. The role also involves participating in code reviews and aligning development activities with business objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React JavaScript/TypeScript HTML and CSS.
Design and implement backend services using Python or Java.
Build and secure RESTful APIs using AWS API Gateway.
Implement serverless and container-based architectures using AWS Lambda and ECS/Fargate.
Work with AWS data stores including DynamoDB RDS (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and S3.
Apply best practices for asynchronous and event-driven processing using SQS SNS or EventBridge.
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
Implement logging monitoring and alerting using CloudWatch and AWS-native tools.
Follow secure coding practices including authentication authorization encryption and secrets management.
Conduct code reviews debugging and performance testing to maintain quality standards.
Leverage CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment processes.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with business analysts UX designers QA and DevOps teams.
Communicate technical concepts effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with emerging AWS services frameworks and industry best practices.
Contribute to documentation process improvements and internal knowledge sharing.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education / Experience:
BE/BTECH ME/MTECH MBA BCA/MCA or a related field or an equivalent amount of relevant professional experience.
3 years of experience in full-stack application development with hands-on experience building and deploying applications on AWS.
Experience developing cloud-native backend services and RESTful APIs using languages such as Python or Java.
Experience with modern frontend technologies including JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 and CSS3.
Working knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda API Gateway DynamoDB S3 and RDS.
Experience designing and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems for source code management and collaboration.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and modern DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
