Location: Brooklyn NY 11203
Shift: Night 8:00 PM 8:30 AM
Schedule: 3 12.5-hour shifts 37.5 hours/week
Contract: Fixed-Term (No Extension)
Pay (Travel): $2932/week
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Travel Emergency Room RN to deliver high-acuity care for adult patients in a fast-paced emergency department. The ideal candidate thrives in acute care settings and provides safe efficient and compassionate patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Rapidly assess stabilize and monitor adult patients in the ER
Perform IV insertions phlebotomy and assist with conscious sedation procedures
Administer medications and respond to life-threatening emergencies
Collaborate with physicians nurses and multidisciplinary teams for patient care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to ER protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience in an acute care setting
Proficient in IV insertion phlebotomy and conscious sedation
ASN/ADN from an accredited nursing program
Active New York State RN license (NYSED verified)
Current AHA certifications: BLS ACLS PALS
TNCC certification required
