Location: New York NY
Schedule: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Work Model: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite / 3 Days Remote)
Duration: 13-week initial assignment; potential extension up to 6 months
Pay Rate: $33/hour
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Specialist to support project management activities and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating tasks tracking financial metrics and assisting project managers with day-to-day project operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support to project managers across multiple projects
Assist with tracking project timelines and deliverables
Identify risks or challenges impacting budget scope or schedule
Monitor invoices and billing for accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and distribute aging and financial reports
Support budget development and proposal preparation
Maintain project documentation reports and communications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
Perform additional project-related tasks as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to track budgets invoices and financial reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a project coordinator or project support role
Familiarity with project management processes and financial tracking tools
Education
High School Diploma required
Associates degree or relevant coursework in Business Project Management or related field preferred
