BRAND DESIGNER: OVERVIEW
The Brand Designer will help our Brand team tell compelling stories through creative innovative and engaging presentation content and design enabling brands to move faster and connect more deeply with fans across sports entertainment and this role you will create persuasive and effective visual communication solutions from individual informational slides to fully customized presentation designs and storytelling systems that express brand identity and deepen audience connection. Through sound design principles and innovative visual strategies you will transform complex data points and text-heavy information into compelling and memorable visual presentations that create maximum impact. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across teams to evolve ideas and translate conceptual thinking into refined visually compelling and interactive brand experiences.

The Brand Designer will help our Brand team tell compelling stories through creative innovative and engaging presentation content and design enabling brands to move faster and connect more deeply with fans across sports entertainment and this role you will create persuasive and effective visual communication solutions from individual informational slides to fully customized presentation designs and storytelling systems that express brand identity and deepen audience connection. Through sound design principles and innovative visual strategies you will transform complex data points and text-heavy information into compelling and memorable visual presentations that create maximum impact. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across teams to evolve ideas and translate conceptual thinking into refined visually compelling and interactive brand experiences.
The preference is for this candidate to be based in Charlotte NC and work in our office on a hybrid schedule. The role will require the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. Please include portfolio along with resume when applying to the position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain Elevate brand identity and ensure consistency across a variety of mediums to deliver presentations that help win business

Manage Elevates external presentations and sales materials including pre-sales pitches teaser decks and large brand activation decks
Development of bespoke sales presentations that capture the style voice and passion of our various clients
Ability to create edit and annotate graphic designs multimedia files charts and graphs into immersive storytelling formats
Assist in performing quality assurance to ensure all materials are void of spelling and other grammatical errors
Collaborate with the business development team on external-facing business development pitch decks and sales presentation materials
Present process and final work in a clear concise and professional manner to external stakeholders
Handle schedule of inbound design requests and assignments from stakeholders in various locations with different priorities
Maintain and manage a project status tracker and keep internal stakeholders informed of work progress and timelines
Apply brand identity elements to mockups and visuals including 3D logo integration and branded concept development enabling clients to clearly envision themselves within creative executions
Bring an ideation-first mindset to the team and client work actively contributing to brainstorming pitching and refining ideas in pursuit of the strongest creative solutions
Collaborate with global Elevate team members (Creative design experiential brand etc..) to stay up to date with trends and innovation

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors degree in design-related field and/or 7 years of professional experience in a graphics/design-related field or freelance capacity
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Google Slides (Priority)/PowerPoint/Keynote advanced knowledge
Adobe Creative Suite advanced knowledge
Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design layout and visual systems
Ability to express ideas graphically
Quality-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
Stay up to date on emerging design tools trends and AI-driven workflows leveraging them to advance design principles concept development and final execution
