Founded in 2014 Proper Insurance has grown from a staff of 2 (owners) to over 40 employees in our Bozeman office with accelerated growth continuing.
Job description:
Proper Insurance is currently hiring a career-minded Client Account Manager to our team ensuring a white-glove experience for our ever-increasing list of owners across the U.S. This is a full-time in-house position.
Work Location: This role will be a full time in person on site position in our Bozeman MT office ( 40 Enterprise Blvd Suite 201 Bozeman MT 59718)
Schedule: Monday to Friday standard MST business hours
Details:
Manage client accounts from start to finish ensuring a seamless professional and high-touch experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact maintaining clear timely and proactive communication with clients throughout their account lifecycle.
Oversee all communications inquiries and updates ensuring client accounts are well-supported and consistently managed.
Thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment by demonstrating strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:
$45000 annual salary offered
An additional$2500 bonusfor passing the Property & Casualty Insurance exam (well cover the cost of materials and the test)

Salary Transparency:
Disclosure required under applicable law in California Colorado Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York New Jersey and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is up to $45000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages: health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance FSA HSA and 401(k) accounts paid-time-off benefits such as vacation sick and personal days and eligible bonuses equity and commissions for some positions.
