Recruiting for two positions # & # (Anticipated Vacancy)
This position is located in the Registration Services phone unit of the Secretary of States office. The duties and responsibilities of this position include providing information for business registration and annual report filings; determining name availability for new companies processing custom document orders provide information for Notary Public Commissioning Uniform Commercial Code and Federal Tax Liens filings. Technical and statutory information on filing procedures for the programs listed above is provided by this position. The majority of the service is provided to customers by telephone and the remainder is provided through e-mail voice mail and written correspondence.

Minimum Education and Experience
