Job Description Summary
The P&O Ops Service Delivery Senior Expert plays a critical role in supporting and executing a variety of HR operations processes for Switzerland. This position is responsible for ensuring that HR systems and processes run smoothly efficiently and in full compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support in the end-to-end execution of HR operations processes specific to Switzerland.
- Leads and supports Hire to Retire operational projects by planning tracking and ensuring the successful completion of HR operational initiatives as well as managing stakeholders
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for defined Hire to Retire operations (e.g. in relation to Workday & SAP) offering consistent and reliable guidance to stakeholders.
- Ensure high data quality and audit readiness by performing data reconciliation and overseeing system controls.
- Drive optimization and simplification projects for processes such as hiring promotions organizational changes and departures.
- Prepare reports and analyses of HR data tailored for various target groups.
Qualifications and Skills
- University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 35 years experience in a dynamic setting ideally working with complex internal structures and Center of Expertise teams while managing shifting priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive approach with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English preferably German language skills
- Good knowledge of Workday and SAP as well as MS Office tools. Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI are considered an advantage.
