What Youll Be Doing
As a Retail Manager / Service Leader youll take ownership of the service operation and lead from the front:
- Deliver a 5-star CDJR customer experience
- Coach motivate and develop a high-performing service advisor and technician team
- Manage workflow scheduling and daily operations
- Drive sales productivity and profitability
- Maintain strong manufacturer relationships and standards
- Ensure compliance with all safety state and federal regulations
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports for leadership
- Build a culture where customers returnand employees stay
This Role Is a Strong Fit If You:
- Have CDJR dealership experience (Service Advisor or Service Manager preferred)
- Are a results-driven leader with high energy and accountability
- Love taking care of customers and building winning teams
- Have proven success in a retail or dealership service environment
- Can lead a department to consistent performance and CSI excellence
- Are comfortable with dealer software and basic MS Office tools
- Hold a valid drivers license
- HS Diploma required (college degree ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus)
