Hiring Immediately Marketing Project Manager.

Fitzgerald Auto Mall is seeking a full-time Project manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across all brands. This role is ideal for a well-rounded marketing professional who enjoys owning projects from concept to completion and supporting sales and branding.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead end-to-end project management for dealership initiatives
Coordinate pre-production production and post-production activities.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and status reports.
Coordinate with vendors studios post-production houses and freelancers.
Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
Oversee post-production workflows including editing graphics audio color and QC.
Ensure delivery requirements are met for networks streamers or clients.
Manage versioning approvals and final asset delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
35 years of project management experience preferably in automotive retail multi-location retail or operations.
Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Asana Smartsheet MS Project).
