Job Summary
Position Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
. Manage and optimize SCCM infrastructure and task sequences to support Windows deployment and lifecycle management.
. Implement and maintain Intune Autopilot deployments configuration profiles and Intune connectors for modern device management.
. Manage macOS device enrollment and provide end-to-end management ensuring smooth user experiences across platforms.
. Support and troubleshoot hybrid Azure AD join environments ensuring seamless integration with on-premises infrastructure.
. Participate in design development documentation and enhancement of existing or new endpoint management solutions.
. Act as a key escalation point for device management issues performing real-time troubleshooting and proactive problem resolution.
. Translate complex technical concepts into clear business-relevant communication for stakeholders and end users.
. Contribute to innovation and continuous service improvement by identifying opportunities for automation scalability and performance enhancements.

Mandatory Skills: AutopilotAuto patching
. Strong expertise in SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) infrastructure and deployment techniques.
. Experience with Microsoft Intune including Autopilot configuration profiles and macOS management.
. Familiarity with Intune-Azure AD hybrid join setups and overall cloud-device integration.
. Solid understanding of enterprise device management security standards and cross-functional collaboration.
. Experience of working on special devices like Honeywell / Zebra / Industrial or rugged tablets IoT devices.
. Additional Technical Skills:
. Familiarity or experience with Microsoft Collaboration technologies
