Your Mission

As a Customer Success Specialist you will ensure German-speaking clients get the most value from our services while enjoying a seamless experience.
Working fully remote from Bulgaria youll be the bridge between clients and internal teams solving challenges guiding clients and building long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving client interaction and a flexible remote work environment.

What Youll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients.
Guide clients to maximize the value of our services.
Proactively resolve client issues and provide strategic recommendations.

Fluent German (written and spoken).
