Job Summary
Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart in Princeton New Jersey an independent Catholic all-girls PS-12 Sacred Heart School with a mission to educate the whole child and inspire young women to lead lives of exceptional leadership and service is searching for a full-time Upper School English Teacher for a maternity leave starting early April through the conclusion of the year in the 2nd week of June.
This position will teach five sections of US English (including English 9 British Literature and Honors English Seminar) and serve as an advisor.

The successful candidate will have a bachelors degree in English or a related field and experience teaching at the upper school level is preferred. An advanced degree and experience at an all-girls school or faith-based school are a plus.
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and a philosophy consistent with the mission and goals of the Sacred Heart. Successful candidates will be collaborative innovative and student-centered.
The hiring range for this position is $1161 per week to $2334 per week. Compensation offered will be based upon a candidates education years of experience skill set and internal equity.
