Job Summary

PPS is seeking a detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to fill a temporary role at our new fabrication facility in Phoenix! The role will last approximately 3-6 months and will consist of assisting the HR Generalist and Manager with administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews performing background checks ordering drug screens and answering candidate questions
  • Maintain Human Resource files and records to ensure consistent data accuracy
  • Ensure appropriate information is conveyed to and from hiring managers such as score cards and interview feedback
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department
  • Other duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of administrative experience
  • Understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Proficiency regarding MS Office Excel and navigating software and websites
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience collaborating inter-departmentally and with external contacts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fine attention-to-detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
