Job Summary
Leads the transition of products from design to mass manufacturing focusing on process development validation and optimization for efficiency cost and quality. They collaborate cross-functionally with R&D Supply Chain and Production to ensure smooth launches and troubleshoot issues during ramp-up. Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop implement and maintain method and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts components sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Using your technical expertise you will estimate manufacturing cost determine time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. You will add value and expertise to the (insert site supported) by identifying cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities. Solve problems where analysis of a situation is required in order to meet the requirements of the customer. Uses problem analysis to help in developing new process and procedures. Provide analysis of data in support of product and process improvements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

YOU MUST HAVE:
- Project Planning Methodology
- English Communications Skills
WE VALUE:
- Green Belt or DFSS certification.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
- Mechanical Engineering experience or related background.
- Interest in hands-on practical engineering work.
- Strong project management skills.
- Solid understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes.
- Experience with root-cause analysis and FMEA methodologies.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
