Job Overview
As a Bilingual Spanish/ English Customer Service Representative at Foundever you will play a vital role in supporting one of the largest insurance and banking providers in the U.S. You will assist customers with their entry-level banking and financial needs while contributing to a team-centric environment. What Were Looking For
- Bilingual Proficiency:Must speak fluent English and Spanish
- Location:Must reside in DeLand FL or within commuting distance
- Age Requirement:Must be at least 18 years old
- Education:High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Experience:Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
- Availability:Must have flexible availability during operating hours
- Customer Service Skills:A professional attitude and strong aptitude for customer service are essential
